Aims

We are guided by the core values enshrined in the Indian Constitution and draw inspiration from the civilisational wisdom inherited by the people of India.

• To plan, sponsor, and undertake research in the area of public policy and governance and undertake all the consequential activities to that including conducting surveys, data analytics, and to serve the larger public interest and to contribute in the evaluation and formulation of public policies to achieve efficient, ethical, and good governance;
• To assist and address government, semi-government, public, and other organizations to improve their administration, management, and business processes through consultancy or extension services such as organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, meetings, discussions, etc;
• To set up and operate repositories of information, data, and knowledge in the realm of public policy, public administration, management of public services, and good governance;
• To coordinate, facilitate and channelize aid and support to deserving public servants and their family members in distress;
• To support the deserving aspirants preparing for civil services examinations and other individuals who are aspiring to become civil servants;
  (B) OBJECTS INCIDENTAL OR ANCILLARY TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE MAIN OBJECTS:
• To foster, assist, support, mentor, and incubate individuals, organizations, and institutions involved in the process of improving governance and policy-making.
• To collaborate and partner with national, international, and multilateral institutions and agencies having similar objectives, by sharing ideas, knowledge, data, resources, and conduct of joint research programs generally in such a manner as may be conducive to the development of shared objectives.
• To publish research papers, treatises, periodicals, books, knowledge products, etc. relating to public policy and governance in print and digital media.
• To analyze and evaluate existing practices, methods, systems, structures, etc. of public policies and governance at various levels for serving the larger public interest.
• To do all such things and perform all such acts as may be necessary or appropriate for the achievement of any or all of the above subjects object.
